Don't Anger Hong Kong's 'Bus Uncle'
IF YOU HAVE SIX MINUTES to spare, you might want to take a look at this YouTube video, which is apparently one of the most popularly e-mailed items in Asia right now. If you're one to talk on the phone during your commute, you should beware of the man in this video -- known as Bus Uncle -- who was somehow offended by someone talking on the phone on a Hong Kong bus. The video is subtitled and the translation of the Chinese swear words and insults might offend some, but it's a good exercise to study in the art of commuter relations.

» INFAMY REAFFIRMED: A commenter on Gawker this afternoon, a blogger named Claire Zulkey, has this to say about British rocker/drug abuser Pete Doherty:
I like that every time this person is mentioned in the news, he's attributed to his band, as if that's what we all know him best for.And that's a good point. So what's been Doherty been up to recently? Flying to Barcelona and being detained by authorities after a syringe was discovered in an EasyJet lavatory on his flight. We wonder, did he even bother to bring a guitar? [Telegraph via Gawker]
