FOR SOME REASON, very, very many children of the 80s remember this bit on Sesame Street. Likely, this is because you were fascinated at the process it took to produce the sticks you drew with — or, if you were anything like us, because you had weeks of nightmares of being swept away in a flood of colored oil, being mashed up and having bits of you distributed across the world in boxes of Crayolas. Admittedly, we had a somewhat paranoid childhood.
