Poll Center: Is Arenas Basketball's MVP?

Photo by Ricky Carioti/The Washington PostGILBERT ARENAS' buzzer-beating three-pointer Wednesday night at Verizon Center is the latest reminder that the Wizards — and Arenas — are on a roll. Writes The Post's Ivan Carter:

Arenas's amazing shot Wednesday night was only the most recent proof that the Wizards have the franchise's first in-his-prime superstar since Wes Unseld dominated the lane for the Bullets in the 1970s.
Arenas' general unstoppability is causing many sports columnists and fans to link his name to the letters M, V and P. Carter writes that Arenas himself has been in a most-valuable player mindset. After making the last-second three-pointer Wednesday, "Arenas turned and strutted toward the bench as if the shot was no big deal. Arenas calls such confidence his 'swag.'"

So is Arenas' "swag" — or his 30.3 point career-high average — making him the NBA's No. 1 player? For today's Poll Center question, we ask: Is Gilbert Arenas the NBA's most valuable player? Go vote (and comment) here and see how your fellow commuters voted station by station, line by line.
