D.C. Vote Bill Clears House Judiciary Committee

ALTHOUGH PARTISAN MANEUVERINGS created some tension yesterday, the House Judiciary Committee OK'd bipartisan legislation that would give the District a full and equal vote in the House. As The Post's Mary Beth Sheridan reports, the bill moves to the House floor and a vote in the chamber is expected next week.
