Express PromoJOIN EXPRESS and Lindy Promotions this evening at the Barracks Row pub Fin macCool's Irish Publik House for a night of St. Patrick's Day revelry and beer swilling. Besides the free buffet, $3 St. Patrick's Day shooters and cheap Miller Lite drafts ($1 before the keg is kicked; $2 after it's kicked), there will be some fabulous prizes, including a raffle for tickets for two to Dublin. The fun starts at 5 p.m and runs until 9 p.m. So set your post-work sights on the Eastern Market Metrorail station on the Blue/Orange Line, make a right at 8th Street SE and look for Fin macCool's across from the Marine Barracks.
