The Morning News: June 4, 2007
GOOD MORNING, WASHINGTON. Did you get soaked during Sunday's persistent rains? We did. The remains of what was once Tropical Storm Barry are moving up the East Coast, and as Capital Weather predicts this morning, "sun should emerge from the clouds during the morning after a lingering shower or two early." There may also be a storm or two passing through in the afternoon.
President Bush left for the G8 Summit in Germany this morning from a drizzly South Lawn of the White House, as seen at right.
