Update: $54M Pants Lawsuit to Continue

DESPITE OVERTURES by a local dry cleaners to withdraw its demands for legal compensation following the dismissal of a $54 million lawsuit by an angry customer, the now-infamous administrative law judge, Roy Pearson, above, is proceeding with an appeal, Emil Steiner of washingtonpost.com reports this afternoon.
