Disruptive Library Patrons Disturb the Peace

THE LATE LADY BIRD JOHNSON once said: "Perhaps no place in any community is so totally democratic as the town library. The only entrance requirement is interest." That sounds nice, but in reality, along with all those who enter with interest come a few oddballs, malcontents and general pests.

That's a tough call.
