Arrival, Departure at Silver Spring's City Place

Shoppers prefer outdoor lifestyle centers these days, like the Downtown Silver Spring development on Ellsworth Drive, not indoor malls like the adjacent City Place, which has declined over the years as the area around it has flourished. Nonetheless, there's been some recent movement there:
