» The Main Event: A formal Catholic wedding followed by a reception in Evanston, Ill., on June 14.

» How They Met: Buffalo Billiards at happy hour. "I thought Lee was cute," says Lindsay. "So, I approached him and offered to buy him a drink."

» First Impressions: "She was beautiful. ... I was able to get her attention. Being 6-foot-10 helped." "He stood out."

» First Date: Dinner at Thai Tanic followed by "Death of a President" at E Street Cinema. "We were the only couple there," recalls Lee.

» How He Proposed: On the walk home after a pizza dinner at Dupont Circle's Luigi's, Lee says, he asked her to hold the leftovers for a second "so she could do something for me. Then I asked if she would marry me."

» Their Song: Michael McDonald's "Ain't No Mountain High Enough. "He did a stellar Michael McDonald impression when we first met."

» Celebrating Heritage: "My mom really likes when [Billy Idol's] 'Mony Mony' is played and the DJ turns it down so the crowd can sing the 'yeah!' part," says Lindsay. "I think there is no escaping that."
