Britney Spears and a parenting coach were questioned Tuesday by a court commissioner overseeing her custody dispute, resulting in an unspecified change in visitation status. Court spokesman Allan Parachini stressed that the answers given by Spears and parenting coach Lisa Hacker were not testimony. Spears was "very businesslike," Parachini said.

A discrepancy regarding the health of Amy Winehouse arose after the singer's father said she had early stage emphysema brought on by smoking crack cocaine and cigarettes. A publicist for Winehouse later said he had misspoken "out of his concern for her." "She is not diagnosed with full-blown emphysema, but instead has early signs of what could lead to emphysema," said Tracey Miller, her U.S.-based representative. Emphysema is a lung disease caused primarily by smoking. It takes years to develop and is mostly seen in people over 45.

Don Imus said Tuesday morning on his radio show that he was trying to "make a sarcastic point" with his latest on-air remarks about race, but that they had been misunderstood. Imus resurrected his radio career six months ago. He called the criticism surrounding the comments "ridiculous" and said that his program's cast is now more diverse than ever, including a black producer and two black co-hosts, a man and a woman.

Raffaello Follieri, Italian businessman and recently dumped boyfriend of Anne Hathaway, was arrested Tuesday in Manhattan for wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering. Among his sins, according to E!: claiming that he was CFO of the Vatican in order to buy U.S., Catholic Church-owned properties for discounted rates. Follieri was also arrested in April, when a check he had written bounced, said E!

Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for anxiety and depression. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression," publicist Sarah Fuller said Tuesday in a statement. "She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released." Locklear's divorce from Richie Sambora was finalized in April 2007. They have a daughter, Ava Elizabeth.
