» The Main Event: A formal ceremony followed by a reception in Upper Marlboro, Md., on Saturday. Essita will walk down the aisle to John Stoddart's "Angel."

» How They Met: At church. "I introduced myself to Essita after seeing her in church for two months."

» First Impressions: "She had a certain presence about her. I knew instantly that she would be my wife." "I thought Colin was kind of nerdy and dorky when he first spoke to me. I thought, 'Why is he speaking to me?'"

» First Date: Dinner at TenPenh. "I didn't want to scare her, but I was sold on being with her for the rest of my life." "He was clearly nervous, but the conversation was good. I'm glad I didn't allow my first impression to stop me from going out with him."

» How He Proposed: This past February, recalls Essita, "Colin called and told me he was sending a car for me. I was like, 'Yeah, right.'" Yet when she left work later that evening, she found a limo with Colin waiting inside. He whisked her away to the Lincoln Memorial, where he popped the question.

» Stupidest Fight: "Colin and I argued over the wording of our wedding invitations. He felt like I put too many 'loves' in the wording."

» Making It Unique: They'll donate 10 percent of their monetary gifts to D.C.'s Because We Care Health Training Center.

» Wedding Jitters: "I'm afraid I'll forget what to say during my reception speech," says Colin. Essita fears her groom "will spill food all over his white tux."
