I had been saying for years that I was going to get over to Watkins Park in order to see the Winter Festival of Lights. Well, it finally happened on Dec 28, 2008. It was so beautiful, I had only had $5.00 left to my name, and I looked over at my husband and said," Can you take me to Watkins Park to see the lights. The recession has had us all going this year, but riding through that park yesterday--brought back all of the wonderful memories of Christmas time. We all know or should know that Jesus is the Reason for all of our Season's and always remember to ride through to the Winter Festival of Lights. People everywhere just know it is very beautiful to behold.
