Georgia, 23, is a receptionist at a law firm. Minh, 22, is an animal caretaker at the National Institutes of Health. They live in Rockville.

» The Main Event: After a morning ceremony at St. Mary’s Church in North Bethesda on July 25, the couple will host a lunchtime reception for 120 guests at Normandie Farm, a French restaurant in Potomac, Md.
» How They Met: At a barbecue at the beginning of their junior year at the University of Delaware.
» First Date: A trip to a haunted house and a hayride, although, Georgia says, "we spent every Sunday after the barbecue watching the Redskins game at his house."
» How He Proposed: On Labor Day after dinner at Dos Locos on the beach in Rehoboth. Minh held up a handful of sand saying that he’d found a treasure. "I thought he was playing around, but he let the sand fall out of his hand and the ring was there," Georgia says.
» Celebratng Heritage: "We are trying to think of ways to incorporate Minh’s unique heritage: part Vietnamese, Chinese and Panamanian."
» Mmm, Cake: A homemade tower of cupcakes made by a good friend iced in pink and mocha to match the wedding colors.
