ADtangoclub.jpg Electrotango collective Bajofondo, made up of musicians from Argentina and Uruguay, is often credited with helping to bring tango music into the mainstream. The group was once known as Bajofondo Tango Club, but it decided to change its name when it began to branch out musically. The music world certainly takes Bajofondo seriously — Elvis Costello and Nelly Furtado were both guests on its most recent release, 2007's "Mar Dulce."
