B.I.O.: Jeremy Cluchey, Sally Robinson

Jeremy Cluchey, Sally Robinson
Jeremy, 28, is a government analyst. Sally, 29, is a program officer. They live in Washington.

» The Main Event: They'll marry May 30 on the Cherry Blossom riverboat in Alexandria in front of 150 guests.

» Honeymoon: Snorkeling, surfing and sailing in the British Virgin Islands. "Jeremy will be captain, and I will try to be a good first mate!"

» How They Met: She dropped her scarf near Dupont Circle; he picked it up.

» First Impressions: "I saw this pretty girl had dropped her scarf, so my first thought was, 'Nice — free scarf!' But then I felt bad and decided to return it."

» First Date: Dinner at a Tibetan/Nepali restaurant. She tried to cancel; he guilted her by saying it was his birthday. (It was.) She demanded to see his ID.

» How He Proposed: On a ski trip, he led her to a clearing where a bottle of champagne and two glasses waited on a snow-covered picnic table. "I thought we'd stumbled on someone else's romantic surprise," she says.

» Most Hated Clothing Item: Her Baltimore Orioles hat. "I bought her a Red Sox one to replace it."

» Making It Unique: They'll have a lobster bake (in honor of his Maine roots) and — in lieu of a cake — grape pies, the specialty of Naples, N.Y., Sally's hometown.

» With Unlimited Funds: She'd have hired the Dixie Chicks to play their song, "Easy Silence."
